BRIEF HISTORY OF ALDABRI PROPERTIES

Aldabri Properties was originally founded in 2004 by three partners for the purpose of letting, selling and managing property.  In 2007 Aldabri acquired a Just Letting franchise for both commercial and residential buildings.  This franchise was discontinued in 2009 when Aldabri started trading in its own name. Earlier, in 2008 Bill Brunjes bought out the other partners and is now the sole owner of the business.

Bill has a B.Comm and an MBA degree and has completed (among many other courses) a CIS certificate in Advanced Financial Management and the Free State University Facility Management Course.

Early in his extensive career, Bill managed the drawing office of a Cape Town architect and then ran a small branch of a construction company in the heyday of construction in Newcastle, KwaZulu Natal. Following a move to Johannesburg, Bill embarked on an extensive marketing career, mainly in the construction industry, culminating in the post of Group Marketing Manager for Group Five Construction.  In 1997 Bill transferred to the Property Development Department where he was a Director until he took early retirement in 2004 to join Aldabri.
